  • • Preliminary Timeline outlining Commissioning, Installation, and Production Start-Up.
  • • Ingredient Coordination for Commissioning Testing Prior to Shipping from Manufacturer.
  • • Factory Acceptance Test / Final Customer Approval Prior to Shipping.
  • • Customs Clearance and Shipping Coordination.
  • • Installation Team Coordination.
  • • Coordination with Customers Maintenance, Production, & Management to ensure project schedule is met.
  • • Spare Parts Coordination.
  • FIELD PROJECT MANAGEMENT / PROJECT ENGINEERING

  • • Process Flow Design: Incorporating equipment needs with existing equipment and production space.
  • • Coordination of Site Preparation with required Utilities. (Air, Water, and Electrical)
  • • On Site Delivery of Equipment Acceptance.
  • • On Site Installation Coordination / Management.
  • • Training Coordination to ensure Employees are trained in daily operations, maintenance, and sanitation.
